There is just so much inspiration in the Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalogue!
I love it!
I’ve been busy making boxes – Curvy Keepsake ones, Box Punch Board ones, faceted ones (tricky!), Tiny Treat ones – you get the idea – lots of boxes!
When I saw the current Case-ing the Catty Challenge for the Holiday Catalogue was Boxes and Bags I was delighted!
I chose the image on page 4 as my inspiration and created some boxes with the Gift Box Punch board using the beautiful, and very sturdy, Under the Trees Specialty DSP. This heavy weight cardstock is fantastic for making boxes with.
After making a few different size boxes, I had some offcuts from the DSP so I got out my Gift Bow Bigz Die and made some bows.
I then added some Gold Metallic Baker’s Twine and some ribbon (Burlap and Whisper White Organza) around a few of the boxes here’s what I ended up with.
Now I just need to work out what to put inside each and many of my Christmas gifts will be sorted!
